NMLS approved. The National 20 hour Live S.A.F.E. Comprehensive Course, is designed to satisfy your initial 20 hour of LIVE classroom instruction requirement by the S.A.F.E. act, and prepare you for the national examination. 2 Hour IND. S.A.F.E. PE Comprehensive Course will prepare you for the State exam.

NOTE: Pre-registration price of this class is $350.00. Registrations accepted two business days prior to the scheduled start date will be charged $399.00 Indiana portion purchase with 20 course additional $50.00 Indiana only $100.00
Classes are normally from first two days 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with 1 hour lunch at noon and 2 fifteen minute breaks through the day. The Third day 8 to 12 p.m. and 1 fifteen minute break. Indiana State laws from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Pre-test Prep Class, $150.00
3 hour live preparation class. This course is designed to cover all the topics reflected on the The State of Indiana - Principal Manager/Originator Registration Examination -or simply: the assessment test. The class is sufficient for both Principal Managers and Loan Originators. Once you register for the class, we will contact you to set the date, which is usually a few days before you are scheduled to take the assessment exam.

If for any reason you do not pass the state assessment, you are welcome to attend this class again until you achieve a passing score at no additional charge.

It covers RESPA, Truth-In-Lending, Home Buyer Bill of Rights, Privacy Act, Mathematics of Mortgage Loan Processing, Understanding Debt, Understanding Interest Rates and Pricing, Closing Costs, Good Faith Estimates, Prepayment Penalties, Assumptions, Buydowns, No-Cost Loan, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.
At your direction, we will deliver this course in hard copy via the US Post office or we can email a .pdf file directly to you or a member on your staff. Simply read the information, take a short quiz and mail, or fax, us the completed answer sheet forms. We will mail you your certificate.
