In Washington State, Loan Originators must successfully complete two approved continuing education courses each year. Designated brokers must successfully complete three approved courses.  See WAC 208-660-370 and WAC 208-660-270 for details.

At your direction, we will deliver this course in a hardcopy book form, or via email a .pdf file directly to you or a member on your staff.  Simply read the information, take a short quiz and mail, or fax, us the completed document forms.  We will email you your certificate and notify state regulators of your completion.
